      >>>> I SUPPOSE YOU MEANT TO SAY “GOLDEN” INSTEAD OF GOLDING AS YOU PUT IT.
A VOCAL LEADER 4 NORTHERN INTEREST (THANKS A BUNCH FOR MAKING MY POINT. EVEN I COULDN’T HAVE SAID IT ANY BETTER. I KEEP TRYING TO CONVINCE THESE “DETRIBALIZED” JERKS THAT WHAT ULTIMATELY MATTERS IS YOU AND YOUR KITH AND KIN.YOU ALL HEARD IT FROM A NORTHERNER THAT ATB WAS A VOICE FOR THE NORTH AND THE NORTH ALONE. WITHER THE VOICE FOR THE CONTRAPTION KNOWN AS NIGERIA, BY ALL MEANS AN IMPERVIOUSLY FAILED STATE?).WE HAVE A SAYING THAT IF ONE CONTINUES TO ADMONISH THE EAR TO NO AVAIL WHEN EVENTUALLY THE HEAD COMES OFF THE EAR SURE AS HELL GOES WITH IT. THIS PROVERB IS RATHER DIFFICULT TO TRANSLATE INTO A FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR IT LOSES IT PIZZAZ BUT THIS IS AS GENUINE AS CAN BE DONE.

  14. Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa balewa,Amadu Bello,Obafemi Awolowo,Nnamdi Azikwe…etc. These were d real heroes that had D nations interest at heart. The unending struggle to keep this nation as one may have cost some of them thier lives but thier legacy lives on. It’s just so sad that the national unity still hangs by a thread.Furthermore, with an unstable hold that really gets a rough shake after every ”four years”

I am tempted to take issues with you for calling these muskateers “heroes”. These greedy imps only saw a sprawling kingdom for them to control and run like a damn family enterprise without really understanding what was at stake. If they were heroes how come they did not even choose the name “Nigeria” for the country. Flora Shaw (Lugard’s mistress) gave the country its name.Moerover the real founding fathers were all British.Flora Shaw also described the country as a marriage between a rich wife(the bottom partner-the South) and a poor husband(the top partner-the North) and that is the crux of the problem. These clowns you wish to lionize were simply manipulated into signing onto something they didn’t understand. However it is never too late to undue this mistake of 1914. Today thousands of innocent people are slaughtered daily like cattle for the simple reason that they are Nigerians( or think they are). If this is your notion of a country please count me out. I want no part of it.

I will not join issues with your ilk.In the first place your inability to properly express yourself make it all he more imperative that I not engage you in anything intellectual because that would be beyond your pay grade. I suggest you go over the gibberish you posted above, make appropriate corrections so that people can understand you. Then and only then will you be ready for some serious enlightenment like never before. So, Aliu DEADwood or whatever the hell your name is , this is the condition for dialogue.Bye!!!

I was having a friendly exchange of pleasantries with some friends recently, one of them in a related issues on discussion asserted that all GOD fearing and truly honest leaders are all in heaven.
Sir,Abubakar Tafawa Balewa’s, speeches reminded me the assertion of that my friend and I believe him completely, Tafawa Balewa, died more than 40yrs ago today his memory in the heart of Nigerians still remain fresh.
His honesty, fear of GOD, love for his country and above all lack of material lust culminated to make him what he was as the then number one Nigerian citizen.
Do we have the like of these leaders today? The answer is NO!! of the superlative order.may your soul rest in perfect peace, Babana.
Your greatness is unpresendented in Nigeria.
