Interesting to know that Obasanjo led a peace and human rights commission in foreign countries but then committed the most atrocious human rights violations(slaughter of unarmed civilians in their sleep) in Odi and Zaki-Biam. How can one reconcile both roles played by the same man? I am personally tired of hearing about this man.

    1. To be fair, it is not as if OBJ himself led the troops in Odi and Zaki-Biam.

My goodness, he it was who authorized the slaughter of innocent civilians in their sleep without legal representation or trial. They were innocent even after death. We must never allow such injustice go unchallenged. It is simply evil and I will continue to see it as such. Both he and Danjuma knew what was about to happen to women and children. It is such impunity that possibly gave rise to Boko Haram. Trust me that more violent groups are in the work as we speak. This thing isn’t over yet.
