what we biafra have do is to move out in the world. we have to go germany & england & france to tell them about biafra america

  4. I am a Yoruba man.
“Biafra will win in the name of GOD,
Biafra will win in the name of JESUS.
Jesus pronounced by that naked POW in that documentary sound exactly like the Yorubas pronounce JESUS.
“G – SAUCE”. An OYO man tongue.
I read comments about henious crimes leveled against the Nigerian nation, the Ibos “Biafra” at that point in time another nation. Accepted, but have we suddenly forgotten all that transpired before the civil war; the first military coup that ushered in vagabonds as rulers into Nigeria?
Leaders of different tribes were killed by the true sons of biafra, yet, this was not dimmed henious. Then, the Hausas, Yorubas struck back, once and twice which was too much, but the damage we all knew started from the cruel conception of the first military coup; ushered by tribalism, selfishness, grid which are all qualities of a vain man.
The entire nation was held ransome by youths “Gowon and Ojukwu” who at that point in time were not up to 40 years of age. The result was that Millions of lives was lost until the true man that i salute EFFIONG compromised the stand.
Why take life when you can’t give it. Why go to war when the outcome shall be deaths, upon deaths, upon deaths.
The souls of those that died during this civil war will forever keep tormenting the nation as long as earth exists.
It could have been avoided, it was all championed by mad thoughts but when it had started, it was more than justified to continue till a truce was reached.
But i say indeed it could have been avoided if the elders had not alloweded lizards into their courts.

The british got us where they wanted us all.And we all know the so call Nigeria is three in one or more country in one.Look how they organized their continent europe but hate to see Africa that way. They systematically destroy the whole of Africa.Just think of how people are made to run away from their own land.Look at the Ibos, how are wandering all over the world chasing wealth that is right at their backyard.Yes millions of Ibos paid the prize and still paying it today.Sometimes i wanted to come home for good but i cannot owing to slave condition british has gotten us into.I was alittle boy during Biafra war and i can visualize every aspect that genocide that british formented through the hausa for the sake of oil.So to you all,the enemy we all facing then and today is british people.

just wanna make a little comment. one thing i know and believe is, he who fight a just course MUST win. nomatter the time it takes. when the victory comes, no one gonna remember again how long it took.what you are fighting for is just, and you shall (the BIAFRANS) one day live like kings and prince. keep on with your fight. the british and the us might not want it to be a dream come, but certainly it gonna be just as china and india were not able to be stoped. what goes around comes around. like the rising of the sun, biafra shall rise and set at it’s own pace.long live biafra.

As a country We should all come to terms with the fact that this nations potential is better harnessed when all its ethnic groups of us are together in one country.

We should recognise our differences and at the same time accommodate each other. Nigeria is not the only country in the world that is constituted by peoples from diverse ethnic, social and religious backgrounds. USA, India, Brazil are all similar in this regard.
If these countries can create a verile and prosperous nation so can we

All of us need to put the unfortunate incidents of 1966-1970 behind us and learn lessons from it.

After all said and done, if Gowon had refused to listen to outside world who pleaded for mercy on Biafra soldiers after the war, very few men, women & children would be left today in IBO land.

The IBOs were justified to feel aggrieved, but Ojukwu’s calculation was zero. I can say that we are lucky that someone like ABACHA,IBB or even Obasanjo was not No.1 citizen of Nigeria residing in Dodan barrack at that time. Otherwise Hitler’s or Polput’s tyrany would have been child’s play compared to what would have happened to the so called Ndi-Igbo,who can’t even organise themselves under single cultural ruler. These days, almost every home has 2-3 chiefs – if not all members of the homes.

Although Nigeria’s reputation was paramount,Gowon could have chosen to darm the consequence.

If we had Biafra, thiefs such as Chimaroke would want to be the President or Prime Minister at some point.

When I came of age and have had the privilage of balance judgment based within the limits of what I now know I commend Gowon. Given the circumstances and advices he had at that time.
In all these, the IBO man is truely a strong race, perhaps the british new what competition they would be the developed world if left alone. From nothing, poor desperate people to what they are today in that country. Much better than their counterparts elsewhere in the country; yet they are continuosly perecuted everywhere. The thoughts of the attacks aganist this people group causes me to cringe; but I think they should be more united. its soooo painful to have those people die….all becos of the british con…

The truth is that we the Igbo (NOT IBO) people at home and around the world, need to re-examine our selves and our future. We need to retreat a bit and ask ourselves some honest questions? Why are we the enemy of our own progress? Although one can fairly understand the fact that the Igbo people are left to fend for themselves as the had always done, that can nevertheless justify the current attitude of greed, selfishness, cold, total lack of conscience, all which are hallmark of the Igbo people, which sums up on the ideology of ‘ONYEAGHANA NWANNE YA’ – Being our brothers keeper-.
Today stories abound of people who are bent on doing anything just to accumulate wealth more, than necessary, in other to get the highest title in town. This is regardless of the means such wealth is accrued.
The Igbo people need to go back the bases, Shun greed and selfishness, abolish unnecessary titles to criminals and men with evil character. work honestly for the emancipation of the Igbo race and for the hope of the future of the people.

The Igbo people need to go back the bases, Shun greed and selfishness, abolish unnecessary titles to criminals and men with evil character, -Which is the main reasons everyone want to be rich at all cost-. Work honestly for the emancipation of the Igbo race and for the hope of the future of the people. Onye kwe Chi ya ekwe.

Well, as if Nigeria is the only country where national canage has been celebrated. As if Africa is exclusive for genocide and henious crimes aganist humanity. Anytime the hopelessness of men withoug God leaks open, we all suddenly have an opinion.

Anyway, my take is this, a world devoid of sefless service to fellow men in love shall keep repeating cycles. With these realities, we only pray that the next stage will be more tolerable.

    All the best.

It is about time the Ibo-bashing stopped. I am Ibo and I am the 1st to agree that we may have our own faults, but the leader of the Jan 66 coup was Nzeogu (bendal) and his lietenant was Ademulegu (Yoruba). Have we not paid enough for what we did not do. Haven said that, the reason why events like Biafra always occurs is that the White Man has long realised that Black people are less intelligent than monkeys. During slavery, it was Blacks that gave up their own to Whites for things as little as clothes, mirrors, bycicles etc. When it started getting difficult to capture slaves, the Whites introduced guns to the Black slave traders to facilitate this problem. All over Africa, Blacks are doing themselves in. We have all heard about the activities of the Askaris in South Africa, The stupidity of the Rwandan/Burundianj genocide, The slaghter aka as the Nigerian civil war, the idiocy of the sierra-leone and liberian diamond wars, sudan, congo etc. Everywhere anything of value comes from the ground, the Whites are always able to convince us to fight each other so that they can loot us. In Nigeria today, touts rule the nation. Billions of dollars are stolen on a daily basis, by people who government, many who used to be well known 419ers, like Elumelu and his friends who just stole money N 5.2 Billion in December. Killers like Ibori help choose the ministers in a system that operates under occultic principles. The people who benefit from this country are those that know that we dont have a country. It is just one big basket covered by a few bigands who are stuffing their pockets. What 99 % of the population have access to is what falls off as they (1%)stuff their pockets from the big basket. What God will do in Nigeria will make Sodom and Ghomorrah look like child’s play.

“Ojukwu a fearless leader” says a commentator but after being partly responsible for over a million innocent lives, he bolted and left his people to fend for themselves. Question is what did the war achieve? Can some please provide us with some clue cos I guess as a northerner I am not educated enough to grasp the lessons. Let us please be intellectual in our reflections and not just sheep at the mecry of the herd dog.

What a horrible genocide against the innocent civilian of Biafara, Children, Women and men. I see it as ethnic cleasing. I think it is hard time the criminal court in Hague look into Nigeria-Biafara war and bring Gowan and his accomplish as well as Ojukwu and all those that lead the war to Hague. ”Why waste life when you can’t give life”

The Truth is that Nigeria is to large to be a country, creating 3 countries out of will bring peace and development to the region referencing the former USSR that gave birth to numerous country today.
