Good day sir, sir i belive the nigerian army are suppose to be Men of great reputation, filled with knowledge,wisdon and elite. Lastweek a lady in my area(peace estate ipaja) was arrested with her daugther a year old, was forcefully taken by one Biggy and a female soldier to the Nigerian Army Dog headquaters, at ipaja lagos Nigeria. Order was given to them by one Capt okereke chukwuemeka, i belived no matter wat condition might, he had no right to forcefully drag a year old and the mother to were Dogs are trained and kept….
