As in the recent times you have kept yourself abreast of the abhorring trend of politicking in Africa and Nigeria in particular, you wouldn’t contest the fact that a caricature have been made of democracy which IBB stressful planted and still nurtures against all odds. It is also so unfortunate to note that what is on ground in Nigeria is a clear demonstration of partisan gimmicks that has succeeded in strangling the prospects of democracy as envisaged by the common populace whose franchise should have been held prerogative.

Little wonders that since the inception of this purported democratic dispensation in Nigeria, there had never seized to be inter-party rumble for veto-power nor have there been a pause on the re-occurring scenario of national commotion reared up by some desperate and un spiritually matured politicians, party caucus faithful, geo-political groups all in a bid to satisfying selfish and egocentric quests. These abnormalities have in the past deteriorated into party leadership dissolutions, oustering of democratically elected functionaries from office via unconstitutional impeachment processes, declaration of state emergency in some states whose leadership are on the fence or proves to be potential threats to partisan manipulations, back-biting and blackmail amongst political office holders etc and this suggests the basic reason behind my confiding on you to help me help Nigerians to realize the fact that our ability to perceive whatever situation be it encouraging or otherwise which we find ourselves entrapped in to be for a positive priceless gain will confirm us Godly because that is the ability to look beyond the physical for a more refreshing spiritual benefit known as “PEACE OF MIND”
